Erweiterung GS Sievershausen, Lehrte

The City of Lehrte awarded planning and design services for the expansion of Grundschule Sievershausen, comprising approximately 590 m² of usable floor space including a cafeteria, differentiation classrooms, and after-school care facilities, with a total project budget of approximately 4.3 million EUR. Four firms—Ingenieurbüro Ehrhardt & Rettke, Ingenieurbüro Zammit GmbH, Jensen Gronau Architekten BDA PartGmbB, and ap elektroanlagen planung gmbh—were selected on 20 May 2026 to deliver planning services, with completion of design phase 4 planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Construction is scheduled to commence no later than four weeks after building permit approval and must be executed with minimal disruption to ongoing school operations and highest priority for child safety.
