Overview
Die betriebsärztliche Beratung und Betreuung erfolgt auf der Grundlage des Gesetzes über Betriebsärzte, Sicherheitsingenieure und andere Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit. Die Aufgaben des Betriebsarztes sind in § 3 ASiG geregelt.
Innerhalb der vereinbarten Mindesteinsatzzeit von 881 Stunden pro Kalenderjahr sind alle nach § 3 ASiG erforderlichen Leistungen abgegolten. Alle Leistungen, die über den Aufgabenkatalog des ASiG hinausgehen, bedürfen der Rücksprache bzw. einer schriftlichen Vereinbarung mit dem Auftraggeber.
