Multi Domain Service Orchestrator (MDSO)

SBB CFF FFS Infra-Telecom und Elektroanlagen has awarded a contract worth CHF 65.78 million to Accenture AG for the Multi Domain Service Orchestrator (MDSO), a central production platform that automates and orchestrates service delivery and management across multiple network domains including data, security, and mobile networks. The MDSO will manage approximately 100,000 services, integrate service assurance capabilities to detect and respond to irregularities, support zero-touch deployment for up to 20,000 network devices and 1,800 RAN sites, and enable vendor interoperability through open interfaces and scalable architecture.
