Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb podpory prevádzky, tzn. služieb prevádzkovej podpory informačných systémov DataCentra Ministerstva financií Slovenskej republiky. Uvedená podpora prevádzky sa skladá z podpory prevádzky infraštruktúrnych systémov, na ktorých verejný obstarávateľ prevádzkuje finančné informačné systémy pre správu verejných financií (tzn. Rozpočtový informačný systém, Štátna pokladnica, Register účtovných závierok, Informačný systém pre štrukturálne fondy a kohézny fond, Informačný systém účtovníctva fondov a iné) a z podpory prevádzky časti finančných informačných systémov prevádzkovaných v DataCentre (tzn. Register účtovných závierok, portál rozpocet.sk, DEV – rozvojová pomoc, Dotácie, účtovníctvo Banskobystrického samosprávneho kraja, Informačný systém pre štrukturálne fondy a kohézny fond, Kontrola a Audit).
