VV - Skole & Kulturcenter i Vognværkstedet

Schmidt Hammer Lassen has been awarded a contract worth 169.32 million DKK for full-scope advisory services on the design and construction of a new school and cultural center in Copenhagen's Jernbanebyen district, covering approximately 25,500 m². The assignment encompasses total consulting across all phases from concept through first-year inspection, with an estimated construction budget of 1.2 billion DKK, and is procured jointly by the Children & Youth Administration and Culture & Recreation Administration through Byggeri København.
