„Rozbudowa kompostowni odpadów na terenie Zakładu Zagospodarowania Odpadów „Czysta Błękitna Kraina” Sp. z o.o. w Czarnówku”

Instytut Energii Barczewo Sp. z o.o. was awarded 3,561,896.24 PLN on 27 April 2026 to complete the second phase of expansion of an existing waste composting facility, increasing its capacity by 9,500 tonnes per year. The work includes construction of two new reinforced concrete bioractors, completion of a third bioractor, and installation of aeration systems, monitoring and control systems, sprinkler systems, leachate management, and associated infrastructure to enable composting of selectively collected biowaste into usable compost.
