Overview
Die Wirtschaftsförderung Solingen revitalisiert das ehemalige Gelände der Firma "Rasspe" im nordöstlichen Randbereich der Stadt Solingen, rund 2 km von der Innenstadt entfernt zu einem neuen Gewerbegebiet als nachhaltigen und innovativen Standort. Auf dem etwa 3,6 ha großen Areal des zukünftigen sog. Change.Campus soll ein Energieversorgungskonzept mit einem Wärme- und Kältenetz und einer Technikzentrale mit Eisspeicher geplant und gebaut werden, welches die Stadtwerke Solingen realisieren und betreiben. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind die dafür notwendigen Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung i.S.d. § 55 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15.1 zur HOAI.
