Hankinnan kuvaus:
Hankinnan kohteena on Seinäjoen kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön tarvitsemien kaivonrenkaiden, päällystekiven, reunakivien, istutuslaatikoiden ja -istutuslaatikkojen sekä luonnonkivien hankinta.
Takuu:
Takuuajan tulee olla vähintään 24 kuukautta. Takuuaika alkaa siitä päivästä, jona tilaaja on vastaanottanut ja hyväksynyt tavaran.
Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin sopimuskauden aikana.
SOPIMUSKAUSI
Sopimuskausi on 01.04.2026 - 31.03.2028. Sopimus päättyy ilman irtisanomista.
Sopimus tulee voimaan allekirjoitushetkellä.
Tilaaja varaa itselleen oikeuden halutessaan jatkaa sopimusta yhdellä (1) vuodella (optio), 31.03.2029 saakka. Tilaaja tekee optiokaudesta erillisen päätöksen ja sopimuksen.
Sopimus tulee voimaan allekirjoitushetkellä.
