Gesamtschule Rosenhöhe - Sanierung SEK I / Trockenbauarbeiten

The City of Bielefeld is renovating the Gesamtschule Rosenhöhe secondary school building (grades 5–10) to support inclusive education, including interior reorganization of classrooms and ancillary spaces, thermal facade insulation upgrades, window and blind replacements, and construction of new ramp systems and bridge structures as accessible emergency exits and outdoor gathering areas. The contract for dry-wall works has been awarded to Fox Trockenbau GmbH as of May 2026, with the school operating from temporary container buildings on-site during the renovation period.
