Παραγωγή ιστορικών και πρόσφατων χαρτογραφικών υποβάθρων (ορθοεικόνων) στο σύνολο της χώρας για τον έλεγχο της αυθαίρετης δόμησης

The Technical Chamber of Greece has awarded a contract to TOTALVIEW O.E. and ERATOSTHENES MELETI A.E. (value €5.7 million) for producing historical and recent orthophoto cartographic backgrounds from very high-resolution satellite imagery across Greece to serve as a reference for monitoring unauthorized construction by the Ministry of Environment and Energy. The scope includes creating orthophotos referenced to 28 July 2011 for identifying illegal structures eligible for regularization under Law 4495/2017, and producing a current nationwide cartographic backdrop from 2024 or 2025 satellite imagery for use in climate change adaptation and unauthorized construction prevention efforts.
