ОБЩИНА РУСЕ has awarded a contract for architectural supervision services during the construction of the major renovation, restoration and conservation of the Lyuben Karavelov Regional Library in Ruse. The scope spans three phases: securing a second evacuation exit for the cinema hall, restoration and conservation of the old part including roof, facade and interior, and accessibility measures implementation, covering 1662 m² of total area and 4466 m² of usable area. ВАМОС ООД was awarded the contract on 26 May 2026 for EUR 15,509 to perform the author's supervision duties and obligations during construction.
