Overview
Dans le cadre de l’exploitation de leurs flottes respectives de véhicules, les adjudicateurs (tl, TMR SA, Travys SA, TPF SA, VMCV SA et transN) nécessitent un approvisionnement régulier et conséquent en carburant diesel.
A ce titre, ils organisent un appel d’offres commun pour l’acquisition de carburant diesel.
Après adjudication, chaque adjudicateur signera son propre contrat d’une durée d’une année, reconductible annuellement pour trois années supplémentaires ; la durée maximale de chaque contrat est de quatre années.
