Overview
Die Stadt Regen beabsichtigt, das Regener Freibad zu sanieren. Es werden stufenweise die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der folgenden Leistungsbilder vergeben: - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI 2021, Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 - Objektplanung Freianlagen gem. § 39 HOAI 2021, Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 - Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gem. § 43 Abs. 1 HOAI 2021, Teil 3, Abschnitt 3 - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Förderanlagen gem. § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 6 HOAI Zudem werden Besondere Leistungen beauftragt.
