1.2. Dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, który stanowi również formularz asortymentowo-cenowy. Oferowane produkty lecznicze muszą posiadać pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej lub pozwolenie wydane przez Radę lub Komisję Europejską.
