Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v zavedeném DNS bude zpracování „Studie příležitostí k úsporám energie ve vybraných budovách ŘSD na jednotlivých Správách, Závodech a SSÚD, vč. průkazů energetické náročnosti budov“, podle § 9 zákona č. 406/2000 Sb., o hospodaření energií, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, v rozsahu dle vyhlášky č. 140/2021 Sb., o energetickém auditu, bez zahrnutí spotřeby pohonných hmot, tedy bez Dopravy dle Přílohy č. 3 k vyhlášce č. 140/2021 Sb., včetně zpracování a vydání průkazu energetické náročnosti budov v rozsahu stanoveném vyhláškou č. 264/2020Sb., o energetické náročnosti budov, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
