Le présent marché est un accord-cadre de fournitures ayant pour objet la fourniture d’imprimés. La présente procédure a pour but de désigner un fournisseur par Lot avec lequel sera conclu un Accord-cadre par Lot au bénéfice duquel le Pouvoir Adjudicateur Organisateur (PAO) et le Pouvoir adjudicataire bénéficiaire potentiel (PABP), listés à l’Article 1 du présent CSC, pourront passer des Commandes suivant la procédure définie aux Clauses contractuelles et aux prix unitaires fixés dans l’Offre.
