Les prestations d'élagage faisant l'objet du présent marché consistent à maintenir en parfait état permanent d'aspect esthétique les arbres sur la Commune de Torcy.
L'élagage porte sur environ 1100 arbres par an dont la taille est décomposée de la manière suivante :
- Interventions annuelles programmées : Tailles en rideau pour environ 850 arbres répartis sur 16 sites.
- Interventions ponctuelles : Tailles douces pour 200 à 300 arbres répartis sur plusieurs sites dont la liste sera arrêtée chaque année en accord avec la Ville
