The Municipality of Swisttal awarded planning services for the Dorfhaus Essig project in Swisttal-Essig, encompassing building and interior design, demolition planning, MEP systems (HVAC and media), electrical technical systems, landscape design, and structural engineering. This project, awarded on 25 June 2026 to Energiebüro Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Lüdemann GmbH, Fischer Kuhn Partner Architekten mbB, PB TGA GmbH, and imagine structure GmbH for €249,934.94, involves replacing the existing village hall following extensive flood damage from the July 2021 disaster in North Rhine-Westphalia.
