The Ministry of Construction and Transport commissioned the renovation and reconstruction of the Pesterzsébeti Tátra market hall (1204 Budapest) and surrounding area, including design and construction of a renovated market hall building, a two-level underground car park with 175–200 spaces, and public realm improvements. The contract, valued at approximately 5.87 billion HUH, was awarded on 23 March 2026 to a consortium of six companies: BUILD IT Mérnökiroda, EB HUNGARY INVEST, LATEREX Építő, Magyar Építő, Urban Estate Ingatlanfejlesztő és Építőipari, and VEMÉV-SZER Építő- és Szerelőipari. The project is now complete.
