Overview
Für den Betrieb und die zukünftige Migration der bestehenden VMware-Umgebung, beabsichtigen die Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH (Auftraggeberin) die Beschaffung von Subscription-Lizenzen für VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus Version 8.
Eine Mischlizenzierung (bestehende Perpetual- und neue Subscriptions) ist nicht möglich, daher erfolgt die vollständige Umstellung aller Lizenzen auf das neue Subscription-Modell.
Die Gesamtzahl der benötigten 1856 Lizenzen sind der Auftraggeberin unverzüglich, spätestens innerhalb von 4 Wochen nach Bestellung fehlerfrei bereitzustellen.
Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt mit der Bereitstellung der Lizenzen an die Auftraggeberin und beträgt 12 Monate.
