Shumen Municipality awarded a framework agreement for the supply, installation, commissioning, and warranty service of 9,656 inverter air conditioning units (ranging from 9,000 to 24,000 BTU) for residential heating across the municipality, funded under an air quality improvement project. Seven contractors were awarded: VIMAX KLIMA OOD, Vulchev Klima 11 EOOD, K and B KLIMA EOOD, MEDIGROUP BG EOOD, TOPLOTRADE ENGINEERING EOOD, UITKOL EOOD, and Yanko Vulchev, with a total contract value of 12,643,914.61 EUR as of April 24, 2026. The scope includes delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, end-user training, documentation handover, and warranty support including spare parts provision during the warranty period.
