Accord cadre de travaux d'entretien courant en parties communes et parties privatives sur le patrimoine d'Antin Résidences, CPH Arcade Vyv et de l'ALFI

Antin Résidences has awarded framework agreements for ongoing maintenance and repair works in common and private areas across its residential portfolio, CPH Arcade Vyv properties, and ALFI-managed housing stock distributed across multiple lots in Île-de-France, Oise, and other regions. The award, announced on 23 June 2026, was split among twelve contractors: BPVR, EGRPB Batiment, FPRS, Isosys, Reolian Multitec, Sallandre, SARL BIQ, Société de Location Vidéo et d'Électricité Générale, Sotrelec, Tinel, Gecop, and Union Technique du Bâtiment, for a total contract value of €36,750,000.
