Parkraum-Digitalisierung / Ticketless Free Flow Parking

Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH has awarded a contract for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of a ticketless, free-flow parking management system across three hospital locations (Merheim, Holweide, and Riehl). The system uses automated license plate recognition via camera technology to eliminate physical parking tickets and enable barrier-free, seamless traffic flow, with digital billing based on parking duration. The initial contract term is five years with options for up to two one-year extensions, and includes all services from planning and installation through operation, support, and collection services.
