Overview
L’Unité Mixte de Recherche CNRS n°6303 (ICB) souhaite acquérir un bâti d’évaporation par pulvérisation cathodique. Cet instrument aura pour objectif de réaliser des co-dépôts afin d’obtenir des alliages de métaux, d’oxydes ou encore de nitrures (sources DC et RF). Il permettra également de réaliser des empilements de couches de différents éléments ainsi que des couches dopées avec des terres rares telles que l’erbium (Er) et le thulium (Tm).
