Prin achiziționarea acestor servicii autoritatea contractantă dorește să asigure întreținerea și mentenanța utilajelor și clădirii de laboratoare situată în incinta INSTITUTULUI NAȚIONAL DE BOLI INFECȚIOASE „PROF. DR. M. BALŞ” București. Clădirea laboratoare a fost reabilitată și extinsă în anul 2016. În clădire funcționează următoarele laboratoare: • Parter - laborator biochimie • Etaj 1 - laborator imunologie și laborator hematologie • Etaj 2 - laborator de bacteriologie bl3 si laborator virusologie, bacteriofagi • Etaj 3 - secvențiere, laborator spectometrie HPLC și laborator culturi celulare bl3 • Etaj 4 - laboratoare aferente zonei de spitalizare boli infecțioase febre hemoragice Loturile : 1- 5; 7; 11-18; este trimestrial sau ori de câte ori este necesar. Lotul : 10 este semestrialsau ori de câte ori este necesar. Loturile : 6; 8; 9; 19 este anual sau ori de cate ori este necesar
