Overview
Durchführung der Sanierung der durch eindringende Feuchtigkeit geschädigten Kellerwände zweier denkmalgeschützter Gebäudeteile eines Ensembles. Ziel ist eine Schadensfreie und verputzte Oberfläche an Innen- und Außenwänden zu gestalten und die Bausubstanz vor nachhaltigen Schädigungen zu schützen. Für beide Häuser ist die Erstellung neuer Server- und BMZ Räume in den jeweiligen Kellergeschossen vorgesehen. Für die Mauerwerkswände dieser Räume ist eine höher wertige Sanierung durch eine Innenabdichtung auszuführen.
