Overview
El contrato que se pretende iniciar tiene por objeto la prestación del servicio de retirada de vehículos de la vía pública y el depósito y custodia de los vehículos retirados en espacio cerrado y con medidas de seguridad. En los supuestos de los vehículos declarados abandonados y en los cedidos por los titulares para tramitar la baja definitiva, el servicio incluirá el traslado al depósito municipal y su entrega, cuando el Ayuntamiento y/o la Policía Local de Tordera así lo determine, al Gestor Autorizado de Residuos establecido para su eliminación.
