Errichtung eines Feuerwehrhauses in innovativer Holzbauweise

The Municipality of Wentorf near Hamburg has awarded construction of a new firefighter station in innovative timber construction on a 10,600 m² site, comprising approximately 3,200 m² of usable floor space across two storeys with vehicle bays for nine fire trucks, a washing hall, training and operational facilities for volunteer and youth fire brigades, a workshop area, and a nine-storey training tower. The project integrates sustainability and innovation goals including compliance with the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB), a CO2-neutral energy concept for timber construction, and circular economy principles for wood component reuse. Hild-Moser Tore + Service GmbH was awarded the contract on 19 May 2026 for €210,165.90.
