Il s'agit d'une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre en infrastructures pour l'aménagement d'un parc d'une superficie d'1 ha 5 sur une ancienne friche industrielle située dans le quartier Gerland. Le projet fait l'objet d'une convention de PUP (Projet urbain partenarial entre Ville de Lyon, aménageur Bouygues immobilier et Métropole).
2 phases de réalisation sont prévues :
- phase 1 : la renaturation sur une partie de l'emprise (2025-2026) sur laquelle la Ville sera propriétaire,
- phase 2 : l'aménagement définitif du parc sur toute l'emprise (2027-2030).
Une tranche ferme et 2 tranches optionnelles.
Durée prévisionnelle du marché de 68 mois, GPA comprise.
