Die LMBV beabsichtigt den auf ihren Grundstücken vorhandenen Gehölzbestand, der aus Gründen der Verkehrssicherungspflicht kontrolliert werden muss (insbes. Waldränder, Einzelbäume, Baumgruppen, Baumreihen/Alleen und Gebüsche) in den nachfolgend benannten Bereichen in regelmäßigen Arbeitsgängen zu kontrollieren und ggf. erforderliche Maßnahmen festlegen zu lassen.
Ziel ist die Feststellung/Dokumentation der bestehenden Verkehrssicherheit oder im Bedarfsfall die Dokumentation sicherheitsrelevanter Symptome am Gehölzbestand und eine Empfehlung zur Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Wahrung/Wiederherstellung der Verkehrssicherungspflicht.
