Overview
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über Softwarepflege- und Support und softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen sowie Implementierungs -und Betriebsunterstützungsleistungen (Produktbefähigung), Customizing (Anpassungsleistungen) und Administratoren- und Anwenderschulungen für die Produkte CREATOR und CI4ALL für den Zielbetrieb Bundeswehr in Höhe von ca. EUR 5.986.547,29 mit einer Obergrenze von EUR 8.979.821,00 im Zuge eines Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Alt. 1 VSVgV abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren abgeschlossen.
