Gospodarski subjekt kao operator uslužnih objekata za opskrbu gorivom željezničkih vozila na željezničkoj mreži u RH sukladno odredbama Zakona o željeznici je obvezan Naručitelju osigurati nesmetan pristup uslužnim objektima i snabdijevanje gorivom neprekidno za vrijeme trajanja ugovora (dodatne željezničke usluge).
Ponuđeno gorivo mora zadovoljavati sve uvjete utvrđene važećim propisima koji su na snazi u RH u trenutku opskrbe gorivom.
