Monitoring openbare ruimte

Gemeente Utrecht awarded a framework agreement to Beheeraccent B.V. on 23 April 2026 for monitoring public space quality across Utrecht. The two-year contract (extendable twice for one year each) involves conducting surveys and processing data on approximately 900 monitoring locations across 11 districts, performing 13 measurement rounds annually using standardized visual assessment scales from the CROW Quality Catalogue for Public Spaces, covering elements such as public greenery, street furniture, and cleanliness.
