На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП, оценката на техническите и ценовите предложения на участниците ще се извърши преди разглеждане на документите за съответствие с критериите за подбор.
Гаранцията за изпълнение на договора е в размер на 3 % (три на сто) от общата стойност на договора без ДДС.
