Municipiul Sebes awarded a contract to ELIS PAVAJE for the rehabilitation and revitalization of Parc Arini, a 10.5-hectare green space in southwest Sebes, valued at 6,527,763.51 RON. The works include vegetation rehabilitation with new species, new pedestrian pathways using eco-friendly materials, replacement and expansion of urban furniture (benches, waste bins, pontoons, decks), protective vegetation corridors along technical infrastructure, and interventions on watercourses with adjacent green spaces. All landscape elements are designed according to orientation, sunlight, topography, and usage patterns, utilizing modern ecological materials including certified sustainable timber and stainless steel components.
