Overview
El objeto del contrato basado es la prestación de los servicios necesarios para la evolución del escritorio judicial y del fiscal, así como la actualización de la Sede Judicial Electrónica, y la redefinición del modelo operativo y tecnológico de Madrid Digital en el ámbito de los sistemas de Información de Justicia de la Comunidad de Madrid, llevando a cabo un servicio de análisis, diseño técnico, desarrollo, implantación y evolución, para ubicarlos en Cuenta Digital. Todo ello pivotando sobre el eje de la experiencia de los usuarios de los servicios/procesos/trámites (ciudadanos, profesionales de la administración de justicia, interoperabilidad con otras instituciones…)..
