Overview
In cadrul procedurii se vor achiziționa diverse medicamente si antineoplazice, conform defalcării obiectului procedurii de achiziție publică pe 187 de loturi de medicamente cu respectarea conditiilor prevazute in cadrul Caietului de sarcini.. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente - trimestrial. Cantitatile cuprinse in caietul de sarcini sunt cantitati estimate. Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa achizitioneze pe durata acordului cadru nici cantitatile minime nici cantitatile maxime.
Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent aferent fiecarui lot este precizata in Anexa nr. 1 - a caietului de sarcini.
Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a-11-a zi inainte de data limita de limita pentru depunerea ofertelor
