Neustrukturierung der Gesamtliegenschaft des Polizeireviers mit folgenden Teilbaumaßnahmen (TB):
TB Ia- Neubau einer Parkpalette und
TB Ib- Neubau BTM- und Asservatenlager (TB I: HZ III),
TB II - Erweiterungsneubau mit Anbindung an das Bestandsgebäude (HZ IV),
TB III - Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes (HZ IV),
TB IV - Infrastrukturmaßnahmen Tiefbau / Freianlagen (HZ III):
o Teilmaßnahme A - Rückbau vorhandener Garagenstruktur inkl. Tankstelle
o Teilmaßnahme B - Rückbau vorhandener Garagenstruktur inkl. Hundezwinger
o Teilmaßnahme C - Vollumfängliche bauabschnittsweise Infrastrukturmaßnahmen Tiefbau / Freianlagen bezogen auf die Neugliederung der Liegenschaft
