Request for Proposal (RfP) for the provision of services of an Implementation Advisor responsible for monitoring the execution of the Integrated Development Plan of the Metropolitan Pole of Ellinikon – Agios Kosmas during the Second Five-Year Funding Period

HCAP has awarded a contract to a consortium comprising Bernitsas Law Firm, Grant Thornton, NK Law Firm, and Planet AE to provide implementation advisory services for the Ellinikon–Agios Kosmas Metropolitan Pole Integrated Development Plan during its second five-year funding period. The advisor will monitor project execution, provide technical, financial, and legal expertise, grant derogation consents, and deliver quarterly reports on project progress, timelines, and any deviations or delays through to the end of the funding period.
