Overview
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die Beschaffung von:

hinsichtlich der bereits im Betrieb befindlichen Software SDL ETS TRADOS/MultiTerm im Zielbetrieb der Bundeswehr (im Folgenden: "Bw") im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 12 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV an docConsult zu vergeben.
