der Kostengruppe 450 DIN 276) ist nicht Bestandteil der Baumaßnahme bzw. Planung. Das Haus 13 befindet sich auf dem Bahngelände Markgrafendamm 24 in 10245 Berlin. Der in
der Nähe befindliche Bahnhof Berlin-Ostkreuz ist fußläufig erreichbar.
