Overview
Die Stadtwerke Prenzlau planen, die Nutzung von geothermischer Energie für die Fernwärmeversorgung zu reaktivieren. Dafür soll nach der bergrechtlichen Verwahrung von zwei alten geothermischen Tiefbohrungen die dritte am Standort vorhandene Altbohrung Gt Pr 3/89 als Injektionsbohrung gereinigt, uminstalliert und nachgenutzt sowie eine neue Förderbohrung zur Vervollständigung einer geothermischen Bohrungsdublette errichtet werden.
