Der Zweckverband Schulzentrum Eichstätt-Schottenau plant die Erweiterung des gleichnamigen
Schulzentrums in Form eines eigenständigen, viergeschossigen Neubaus auf dem eigenen Grundstück.
Sämtliche Bauphasen des Neubaus finden parallel zum Schulbetrieb statt.
Gewerk Baumeisterarbeiten:
Erdbau- und Verbauarbeiten ca. 1000m3 Aushub Baugrube;
Spezialtiefbau ca. 100m Mikropfähle, ca. 170m Bohrpfähle;
Betonarbeiten ca. 6250m3 Beton in Wänden, Bodenplatten, Decken mit ca. 25.000m2 Schalung und zugehöriger Stahl; Frischbetonverbundfolie ca. 3750m2, ca. 18St Fertigteiltreppen, ca. 3000m2 Dämmungen; ca. 400m2 Gußasphalt;
