Travaux de réfection des toitures au collège Louis ARMAND de GOLBEY.
L’opération consiste en la réfection des toitures du collège de Golbey en site occupé. Des toitures pentées vont être mises en œuvre sur les bâtiments externat, petit gymnase, ½ pension, logements et administration.
Il sera mis en œuvre des charpentes bois traditionnelles sur l’externat et des fermettes sur les autres bâtiments. Les couvertures et pignons seront en bac acier simple peau à joint debout. Les combles seront isolés. Les débords de toit ainsi que les descentes d’eau de pluie feront l’objet d’une attention particulière.
