Mit Berlin TXL entsteht auf dem Areal des früheren Flughafens Tegel eines der größten und ambitioniertesten Stadtentwicklungsprojekte Europas: Auf dem rund 500 Hektar großen Areal entwickelt die landeseigene Tegel Projekt GmbH die Urban Tech Republic, einen Forschungs- und Industriepark für urbane Technologien, sowie das neue Wohnquartier Schumacher Quartier.
Gesucht wird ein qualifizierter DGNB-Auditor für die Durchführung des Auditierungsprozesses in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9, um die gewünschte DGNB-Zertifizierung Gold für das Gebäude B zu erhalten.
