Construction of the potable water distribution system, sanitary sewer system & storm drainage, parishes of San Plácido, Chirijos, Alhajuela, Abdón Calderón, Pueblo Nuevo and Riochico, & San Gabriel

Sanitary Sewer Networks: The project includes the construction of the sanitary sewer systems of the heads of the rural parishes of Portoviejo: Chirijos, Alhajuela, Abdón Calderón, San Gabriel, Pueblo Nuevo and the sanitary solution systems according to the levels of service to be implemented in the populations in traffic in its concentrated areas. Storm Sewer Networks: The rural parish heads are located along the national road network (State, provincial and cantonal) that has infrastructure for the drainage of stormwater runoff: ditches, sewers, collection chambers, discharge heads, etc. on its way through the populated centers. The headwaters of Alhajuela, Abdón Calderón and Río Chico, as well as the El Rodeo community have macro drainage infrastructure made up of earth and concrete canals that cross the towns, becoming important receiving bodies for micro drainage areas. Smaller works than those indicated, but of equal importance, are located in several parishes.
