EU-udbud af kontrakt vedr. Indsats for mental sundhed og trivsel til ansatte i Aalborg Kommune

Aalborg Kommune procured occupational psychology services to support employee mental health and wellbeing, awarded to DAVID GRAAE ApS for 32 million DKK on 18 May 2026. The contract encompasses a comprehensive intervention program including a digital stress management tool, individual counseling sessions with occupational psychologists, and management training to identify and support employees experiencing stress or mental health challenges, with the goal of reducing sickness absence and improving the psychological work environment.
