Municipality of Harmanlii awarded BULCONS GROUP OOD a contract valued at 7,520 EUR on 8 June 2026 to provide consulting services comprising a compliance assessment and construction supervision for the expansion of a composting facility for separately collected biodegradable waste. The scope includes preparing a compliance assessment report and conducting full construction supervision during the project's implementation, which involves increasing the facility's capacity by 930 tonnes per year to process food and other biodegradable waste.
