Gemeente Amsterdam awarded Max Bögl Nederland B.V. a contract worth €103.46 million on 14 July 2026 to design, build, and maintain for 15 years a Smart Mobility Hub in Amsterdam that will serve as a multi-level parking facility for events, commuters, cyclists, and tour buses, with a public sports park on the roof and commercial facilities including a new AFC Ajax training ground expansion. The facility will replace existing event parking areas and integrate with the broader urban development of De Nieuwe Kern district while supporting sustainable mobility and climate adaptation goals.
