Overview
El objeto del Concierto es asegurar el acceso a la prestación de asistencia sanitaria en el territorio nacional y cubrir la asistencia sanitaria transfronteriza, durante los años 2025, 2026 y 2027, a los mutualistas y demás beneficiarios de MUFACE que opten por recibirla a través de entidades de seguro, a cambio de la correspondiente contraprestación económica por parte de MUFACE.
Esta asistencia se prestará conforme a lo establecido en el LSSFCE, la Ley 14/1986, General de Sanidad, de 25 de abril, y la Ley 16/2003, de 28 de mayo, de Cohesión y Calidad del Sistema Nacional de Salud y normas de desarrollo.
